A delicious fall treat!  Pumpkin cheesecake with a pecan praline caramel sauce, spiced poached pears, and pumpkin ice cream.  Fall on a plate!
Fresh blackberry frozen yogurt made with homemade yogurt.
Some fun chocolate meringue cupcakes, hollowed out and filled with salted caramel!

Bright Flowers!














A fun, quick birthday cake for my boss's wife.  He wanted flowers in bright neon colors.  I used all fondant for the decorations.  Happy Birthday Emily!
