I appologize for the lighting in this picture, but you can still see the cake ok.  It was the grooms cake for my friend's wedding.  Her husband is a huge Carolina Panthers fan, so I did a themed cake for the rehearsal.  It is all done in fondant, with some buttercream piping.
This was a wedding cake I made for one of my best friends.  I was a bridesmade in the wedding as well and had to run downstairs to put the flowers on the cake before the ceremony!  It is covered in fondant and featured three different designs on the tiers.  Each tier was a different combination of flavors.
A dragonfly-themed baby shower cake.  It was a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, vanilla buttercream, and fondant.  I made the dragonflies out of fondant and painted them, and hand painted little dragonflies on the sides of the cake.

This is a larger cake I made while working for a bakery in Charlotte.  Two tiers have the simple Swiss dots on the sides, while the other two showcase some scroll work.
My first post in years!  I took a small break from posting on here because work and other things took up most of my time.  However, I am back at it and hope to get a lot more pictures online now!

This is a small wedding cake I made years ago.  Hydrangas are beautiful flowers for wedding cakes, and I love working with them.  The touch of pink in these blossoms adds a very pretty touch!
